We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Return window

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear) can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days we cannot accept returns.

What can't be returned

• Limited-drop / numbered pieces (final sale, no exceptions)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Accessories — bandanas, stickers, socks — for hygiene reasons
• Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags

Exchanges (size or colour)

We'll exchange for a different size of the same product within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email woof@dognosis.tech with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm availability before you ship anything back.

Who pays for return shipping

• Change of mind / size exchange: You cover the return postage. We recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
• Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping and will reship at no extra cost. Email us a photo of the issue first and we'll sort a prepaid label.

How to start a return

Email woof@dognosis.tech with subject line "Return — [Order Number]" within the 7-day window. Include your reason. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and next steps.

Our garments are cut with a relaxed, slightly boxy silhouette — intentional, not an error. Here's how to size yourself.

General guidance

• If you're between sizes, size up. Our fits are not slim-cut.
• Tees and crews: true-to-size or one up if you prefer an oversized look.
• Hoodies and sweatshirts: size up for the full boxy silhouette.
• Limited jackets: sized for layering — go your usual size if you want it fitted, up if you'll wear it over a hoodie.

Measurements

Measure a garment you already own and compare — that's the most reliable method. Not sure of your size? Email woof@dognosis.tech before ordering and we'll advise.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Domestic — India

• Carrier: Shiprocket / Delhivery (assigned at dispatch)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote pin codes may take 1–2 days longer

Shipping rates are calculated by zone and package weight. Use the shipping estimator in your cart for a quote specific to your pin code.

All rates are in INR and include carrier handling. Typical item weights: t-shirts 200–240 g, sweatshirts 500 g+, hoodies 650 g+. Orders above 2 kg are quoted individually — email woof@dognosis.tech.

International

International shipping is currently available on a case-by-case basis. Email woof@dognosis.tech before placing an order and we'll confirm availability and rates for your country.

Delays & lost parcels

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll raise a dispute with the carrier on your behalf.

Cash on delivery

COD is not available. We accept UPI, cards, and Razorpay through Shopify Checkout.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Here's the timeline and what's included.

Refund timeline

• We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receiving it
• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days
• Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–7 business days to reflect the credit

What's refunded

• The product price at the time of purchase
• Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item)

A note on our CARE commitment

100% of proceeds from your order are donated to Charlie's Animal Rescue Foundation. When a refund is processed, we cover that donation from our working capital — the refund does not come at the expense of CARE.

Partial refunds

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned in a condition that shows signs of use but doesn't fully meet our return criteria. We'll notify you before processing.

By using snoutlet.in and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Snoutlet is operated by Dognosis India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U72900KA2021PTC154786).

Use of the site

• You must be 18 or older to place an order
• You agree to provide accurate information at checkout — incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery are your responsibility
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time
• Product images are representative. Colours may vary slightly on screen

Intellectual property

All designs, copy, photography, and brand assets on snoutlet.in are the property of Dognosis India Private Limited. Do not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dognosis India Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Dognosis India Private Limited ("we", "us") operates snoutlet.in. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's protected.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email address, shipping address, phone number — required to process and deliver your order
• Account data: email and password if you create an account (stored securely; passwords are hashed)
• Payment data: we do not store card or UPI details. All payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments / Razorpay, which are PCI-DSS compliant

How we use your data

• To fulfil and ship your order
• To send order confirmations and tracking updates
• To respond to customer support queries
• To send occasional marketing emails, only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time

Who we share it with

• Shopify: our store platform — processes orders and stores customer data on PCI-compliant servers
• Shiprocket / Delhivery: your name, address and phone number are shared with the carrier to deliver your order
• Razorpay: processes payments
• We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

Data retention

Order and account data is retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance, then deleted. You can request deletion earlier by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email woof@dognosis.tech and we'll respond within 7 days.

Cookies

We use two essential, server-side cookies: one short-lived cookie during login (holds a secure PKCE verifier) and one session cookie that keeps you logged in. Both are httpOnly — JavaScript on the page cannot read them. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's localStorage, not a cookie. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
